The Villa Reale di Monza (or Reggia di Monza) is a Neoclassical palace dating back to Austrian rule (18th century) and was the private residence of the Habsburgs.
It can be visited inside and has numerous attractions in its gardens, including grottoes, small waterfalls, ponds, a small Doric temple and a small lake.
Adjacent to the Villa is the Monza Park (732 hectares), inside which is the Autodrome that hosts the F1 races on the first weekend of September.
